#ClassOf2022: Matric exams conclude successfully in the Western Cape
This week, a very successful National Senior Certificate (NSC) exam session comes to a close in the Western Cape.
Rewrites will take place over the next two days, with 7 candidates retaking the Computer Applications Technology (CAT) practical today, and 1 candidate writing English First Additional Language Paper 1 on Thursday.
The greatest challenges faced during the session were load shedding and the SANTACO taxi strike.
While our practical exams on 25 and 26 October 2022 had a delayed start at some exam centres, candidates were still able to complete the exams successfully. Load shedding did not have a major impact on the written exams, as all venues are required to have sufficient natural light.
