Eskom says exam centres can’t be saved from load shedding

The Grade 12 class of 2022 kicks off their final exams on Tuesday, 10 October, with a group of candidates sitting for practical subjects. The department of education said Eskom informed officials that it would not be possible to keep the lights on at examination centres during load shedding as they are not situated in one location.
